♥ The last few weeks have been so freaking hectic. Although my mock GCSE exams are over (they went pretty well if you were wondering ;), I now have a pile of coursework and projects to complete over the next couple of weeks. It seems my school thinks that I don't need a break from work after exams, so please excuse my lack of posts for the time being... bad times.
♥ On a lighter note, my birthday is coming up- 7th February, hell yeah! :) I'm beyond excited for pressies, cake, dinner and parties, bring it on! :)
I miss them... :(
♥ I must confess I am a complete and utter TV-aholic. I watch everything. 90210, Vampire Diaries, Glee, Pretty Little Liars, Misfits... you name it, I watch it ;) One of my absolute favourites is Skins, however the new series (which started last Thursday) was such a disappointment compared to the older series'! I can't help missing the old cast just a little too much :( But of course the big news is the new series of US Skins, which I watched a bit of and my opinion is just... well.. mehh. Skins just doesn't seem right to me without Kaya Scodelario, Luke Pasqualino and their British accents, and it shocked me how tame it was compared to UK Skins, although there is already talk of it being cancelled. What do you think?!
♥ Lately I've been feeling a bit 'blahh' about my hair and after seeing so many beautiful pictures of celebrities with two tone hair, they have inspired me to want need ombre hair! However the only problem is that I am beyond terrified of ruining my ends and having to have it all cut off! Any of you ombre hair experienced ladies have any advise?

I didn't like Skins either. But then again i didn't like generation 2 either. Generation one was so fab and i honestly think the worst thing those producers did was get rid of them :(

ReplyDeleteI have to disagree, I absolutely hate skins. It's a rubbish show, the first series was good but the second series was just a bunch of utter crap that they kept spooling out to keep the show going.
I do love watching tv though haha! Hope you have a lovely birthday x

i love this type of post; you look bloody gorgeous! I just want to say, I would recommend ombre hair and it seems to look really nice on everyone but i know that when i did it, no one at my school got why ( they're obvs not a fashion concious bunch ;)) and some people just thought it was because my hair was in bad condition! Of course some people understood and thought it looked nice though! Also, it can make your hair look extrememly dry and it sometimes looks strange if you tie it into a bun and it looks likes you've clipped it on! But its all worth a try and i'm sure it would look lovely; xxx

I recently ombred my hair. I used a highlighting kit for brown hair and I was so scared about it going wrong I had to do it three times to get the right colour! My hair colour is similar to yours and my ends are a lighter brown/dark blonde as opposed to bright blonde and unless people knew I had done it, no one has said anything because it looks really natural. I wouldn't say my hair is in much worse condition tbh, its a bit dry at the ends but it was before I did it, and a lot of the dying kits have really good treatment conditioners with them. Hope this helps! x
